About this Episode

Dr. Erika Kidd is an associate professor of Catholic Studies at the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN. A convert to Catholicism, Mary found a way into her family life by coincidental dates for major life events. And when her second child was stillborn at 40 weeks, she turned to Mary in the moment of her grief. Mary's yes to God, not only at the Annunciation but throughout her life, provides hope for us in the dark times of our own Advent.
